WHAT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD DO PRIOR TO THE PAINTERS?
First just a note;
We strongly believed that our superior quality of prep, constant and consistent training- in craftsmanship, care and concern given to our employees, superior safety record ( we have received several awards) from consistent regular training and meetings, very low employee turnover, job follow thru and supervision, and our superior customer service, 27 years of references, quick response to call backs, if needed, job coordination, proper crew size for your job, daily clean-up,
timely job completion, community involvement and our relationships with BBB, PDCA, MBCC sets us apart from the others in our industry.
In addition, in July of 1998 we earned (the 38th in nation, and first only at that time, in the state of California a Certified Residential Painting Contractors Status by the PDCA. As of this writing, there are only 50 PDCA Certified Residential Painting Contractors since the program first started in 1996!
THE PDCA CERTIFICATION IS A CONTINUOUS EDUCATION PROCESS, FOR WHICH, I MUST ATTEND, WORK SHOPS, PARTICIPATE AT MONTHLY MEETINGS, SEMINARS, (semi-annual & annual) BE TESTED AND KEEP UP ON ALL THAT IS NEW IN OUR INDUSTRY. I MUST BE RETESTED EVERY 3 YEARS TO KEEP OUR STATUS AS A CERTIFIED CONTRACTOR. PDCA is the national organization, Painting and Decorating Contractors of America, est. in 1884 both for (non-union) and union shops, we are a shop.
